The “Data Status” column reflects EPA’s assessment of each jurisdiction’s progress in submitting the notification data that shows in BEACON for the preceding calendar year (i.e., 2022). https://watersgeo.epa.gov/BEACON2/about.html
There are four possible entries:
“-“ Data submission has not yet begun (or is a new or former grantee)
“Submitting” Data submissions are in process
“Verifying” The jurisdiction and EPA are confirming that the data as it appears in BEACON is correct
“Complete” Data submission and verification are complete for that calendar year
